A Chartered Marketeer with a background in Accounting, Management, and Analytics, he combines sharp commercial thinking with data-driven execution.

Alvin’s career spans 12 years in the aviation industry, where he developed his leadership and negotiation skills in high-pressure environments. He later led sales and marketing for a local family business, doubling revenue in three years. His strength lies in building tailored strategies that fuel real, measurable growth — whether for startups, established companies, or property investors. Alvin’s approach is rooted in trust, insight, and long-term value creation.
Aaron Farrugia
Co-Founder & Director
Aaron Farrugia is a founding director of BVH Group and a seasoned professional with a sharp command of high-level business operations and regulatory frameworks. With deep proficiency in Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance and financial risk mitigation, Aaron brings a critical layer of trust and governance to every project the group undertakes. His background in high-scale project planning, development site valuation, and real estate coordination has positioned him as a key figure in Malta’s evolving property and investment landscape. Aaron also plays a vital role in B2B marketing strategy, ensuring BVH’s offerings are aligned with market demand and growth trends. Mehdi Aouni
Co-Founder & Director
Mehdi Aouni is a director at BVH Group with a unique blend of technical precision and strategic business insight. Originally from Lyon, France, Mehdi holds an engineering degree in Electronics and Telecommunications and has called Malta home for over 12 years. His deep understanding of the local real estate market is complemented by an impressive investment track record in France — including high-value developments along the prestigious French Riviera. With a diploma in Strategy and Development for Medium-Sized Enterprises, Mehdi excels in crafting tailored financial approaches, including detailed projections and banking strategies. Passionate about business and international relations, he brings a global perspective to BVH Group, acting as a vital connector to a broad network of foreign investors and strategic partners. His forward-thinking mindset and structured approach make him a driving force in expanding BVH’s international footprint.
